We grind cylinders of various
sizes, turning the cylinder and the brand new piston.
To save the cost of a brand new piston, it is possible to use an automatic
robot to fill all the cylinder chambers at low temperature using 308 stainless
steel wire. After filling the cylinder, it is built up to its original diameter
and then the original piston is turned to obtain the same coupling as with a
new one.
The only specification to underline is that it is built up with 308 stainless
steel wire and that all the cylinder chambers are done, not only the first one
as many do!
