Olive washing machine

A washing machine made entirely of AISI 304
stainless steel. The special feature of this machine is its washing system.

The olives are conveyed to the first tank where they fall into water that is
agitated by a jet of air; the first wash that takes place here is very soft as
the product does not hit any metal surfaces. Subsequently, it passes to the
second tank, which is vibrated by a motor-driven vibrator, where before
reaching the outlet, the olives are washed again by water recirculated from the
tank and are finally dampened again with low-consumption running white water.
Any foreign bodies such as stones or pieces of metal that remain at the bottom
of the first tank are removed by an auger that can be oriented in any position.
By special feature, we mean to point out the delicacy with which the washing is
done because, as you can tell from the description, the product never bumps
against the tank causing it to break and lose oil particles. Our washing
machines are finished in every detail and given their characteristics, they also
lend themselves to washing very mature olives as they do not cause further
damage to the product.

The washing machine is composed of the following machines:

• water capacity tank divided into three tanks so that the water is
  filtered before being circulated.
  
  
• olive collection tank with water and air.
  
  
• second vibrating tank complete with motor-driven vibrator.
  
  
• stainless steel 4 HP Lowara pump.
  
  
• air blower.
  
  
• electrical panel that can be oriented in order to position it
  according to the available space.
  
  
• destoner in an auger that can oriented through 180°
