These mills are smaller with a casing made
entirely of stainless steel and a 2 HP single-phase motor. They can be
positioned easily on a table thanks to their support base and are used for
milling small amounts of olives. The paste obtained is analysed with analysers
to determine yield and other results. They are of the hammer type and the
choice of a single-phase motor allows them to be used in places that do not
have 380V power.
